Aspen Founation for Labour Education

A special resolution was approved by the board of directors at the march 2023 meeting to implement a plan to dissolve the organization. This decision was made due to the organization’s inability to maintain key personnel necessary for its viability. Subsequent to the fiscal year ended in 2024 the board passed a motion at the march 2025 meeting to pursue a revitalization pilot project in an effort to preserve the organization. Up to $123 500 will be allocated to support this initiative. If the pilot project is unsuccessful by the end of 2025 the board will proceed with a final decision to wind down the organization.
