April 1 Foundation

The april 1 foundation will apply for and recieve grants gifts legacies devises and bequests and will raise funds through appropriate fund-raising activities and will hold administer and invest the funds so received. The foundation will distribute or deal with the funds so received and raised in furtherance of the purposes of the society and for such organizations as are qualified donees under the provisions of the income tax act (canada) and for such other purposes and activities which are authorized for registered charities under the provisions of the income tax act (canada) including making grants to qualified donees.
