Dog training course is starting in the spring in our new dog park. Training of new owners on pet responsibility. To reduce the unwanted and stray animals in the community by providing shelter and care to domestic animals mainly dogs and cats. Provide adoption services to the community members promote the benefits of spaying and neutering and including information on the responsibility of owning an pet. Provide services to the town and county of st. Paul & area for abused and unwanted animals.
