Rescue homeless lost stray or abandoned dogs and cats on request from rural areas and communities with limited resources in order to prevent and alleviate animal suffering and reduce pet overpopulation; provide dogs and cats with food shelter care and medical attentions on a temporary basis; ensure dogs and cats are spayed or neutered by a qualified licensed veterinarian; place dogs and cats in permanent adoptive homes which will provide quality care love and attention; facilitate responsible and humane care and treatment of dogs and cats; promote public low-cost spay or neuter programs for dogs and cats; promote and encourage responsible pet ownership humane treatment compassion and respect for all animals; and raise funds and awareness to facilitate the foundation's endeavors.
