Animal Aid & Adoption

Animal Aid & Adoption assists and arranges for the adoption of unwanted animals to good caring ‘forever’ homes We assist in the rescue of homeless and sick animals these animals are sheltered fed and given appropriate medical attention funded by Animal Aid & Adoption. In cases where animals are not adoptable Animal Aid & Adoption pays food and medical expenses for these animals to be sheltered in foster homes supporting foster homes throughout Southern Ontario and shelters such as ‘Thomas the Silver Tabby. Monies are raised through fund raising events and a twice yearly newsletter. The charity has a license to participate in the OLG gaming proceeds through the Town of Richmond Hill Bingo world. The charity is also part of the Donate a Car program and registered on CanadaHelps.ca. Charity takes part in the trap and release program where feral cats are trapped spayed or neutered and then released back into the cat colony. Charity also provides food for cat colonies. This year the charity funded emergency food and medical care to pet owners/seniors who need assistance in caring for their pets.
