Develop and operate the following services for children and families including those with low incomes and/or living in difficult circumstances licensed early learning and child care centers and licensed home care programs. Operate before and after school care in local elementary schools; provide emergency short term/ back up child care; service for the deployment of caregivers and supply Educators; operate nursery schools and a forest and nature program; offer information and referral services on child care options; offer support services to licensed child care programs to integrate children with special needs; operate an early years center to support children parents and caregivers; offer a child care consulting and resource service provide community training programs and development of services and support for the child care sector.
