1. To promote mental health by providing counselling services therapeutic services and workshops to individuals struggling with mental health issues and people who are at risk such as international students refugees immigrants and lgbtq2s+. 2. To advance education on the subject of mental health and illness by: - providing psycho-educative programs on variety of topics such as substance use mental health coping mechanisms stress management and the importance of seeking help to the public and students in school settings. -raising awareness on the surrounding stigma and implementing an effective delivery of culturally sensitive programs in order to address language barriers and specific challenges faced by individuals due to their background to the public and youth in school settings. 3. To help at risk youth and young adults by providing mentoring programs resources centers career exploration workshops leadership development peer support groups community service projects job skills and life skills training. 4. To relieve poverty by operating a food bank and providing other basic necessities for individuals or families who are poor of low income or in need in vancouver british columbia. 5. To undertake activities that are ancillary and incidental for the attainment of the above mentioned charitable purposes.
