Alzheimer Society of Niagara Region

The organization is committed to working in partnership with people who have dementia their caregivers and the broader community. Its goal is to enhance safety and independence within the home and community strengthen resilience and coping capacity and ensure that people living with dementia continue to participate in family and community life. A range of programs and serviecs are available along the continuum of care that respond to the need for individualized and home-based support opportunities for education socialization and resources in the community. All activities are carried on in the niagara region.
