(1) to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of the charitable programs of alice saddy association a registered charity underthe income tax (canada) by acquiring maintaining and managing facilities for the purpose in accordance with the charitablepurpose of alice saddy association. (2) to receive maintain manage and invest a fund or funds and to apply from time to time all or part thereof and the incomeearned therefrom for the benefit of the charitable purposes carried out by alice saddy association or by whatever name fromtime to time such corporation shall be known or in the event that the said corporation shall be known or in the event that the said corporation is dissolved or ceases to exist for anyreason then for the benefit of one or more charities in canada that are registered such under the income tax act (canada) asamended from time to time equivalent designation under such legislation and have charitable purposes that are similar tothose of alice saddy association at the time that such corporation dissolves or ceases to exist.
