Receiving funds for transfer to other charities regisitered under the Canadian Income Tax Act and as stipulated in the letters patent. Receiving gifts subject to donor's written stipulation that such gifts will b held for at least 10 years. The foundation wants to accumulate a capital fund with the intention of using only the interest or dividend income to disburse for charitable grants.
