To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149 1 (1) of the income tax act (canada) to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of 4-h alberta’s charitable programs bu providing and maintaining facilities for this purpose. To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the aforementioned charitable purposes. First year of registration – charitable activities have not yet commenced
