Reducing and preventing substance misuse. Youth and family substance use counselling. Support and counsel youth who are experiencing harmful and risky substance use youth who are affected by a loved one's substance use or who are at risk of misuse. Provide community education prevention and treatment that addresses the harmful effects of substance abuse. Challenging elementary experience adaps sits at the harm reduction roundtable for youth services providers building capacity to support youth who are present with high risk profiles. Adaps chairs the pa community action team to address the overdose emergency in our community.
