Al-Jawad Islamic Foundation of Edmonton

The Al-Jawad Islamic Foundation of Edmonton is a nonprofit organization that serves the local Shia Muslim community. Its main purpose is to hold events and programs about the Shia religion and to share the teachings of the Ahlulbayt (peace be upon them). The foundation organizes gatherings lectures and commemorations during important times in the Islamic calendar. These events help community members come together learn about their faith and remember important figures and lessons from Shia history. Al-Jawad also works to support families and youth making sure the next generation stays connected to their faith and traditions.
