Air Cadet League of Canada Ontario Provincial Committee

As sponsor administer & support in partnership with the dept of national defense & air cadet league of canada (ontario provincial committee) under the aegis of the air cadet league of canada (national) a squadron youth unit providing citizenship interpersonal skills & support / administer fund raising campaigns financial management & support around area of interest in aviation to youth 12 to 18 years of age in multicultural environment the young men & women cadets of the squadron participate in local training provided by a cadre of dnd c.i.c. Officers under the dept. Of national defense canada. We promote awareness of the country's diversity often resulting in strong lifelong friendship with young canadians in other provinces. Summer courses include glider / power pilot training courses & time management skills. The cadets also participate in & support civic activities such as legion poppy fund campaign remembrance day civic parade & other activities in support of local communities.
