Advancing Crystal Beach Charitable Foundation

The advancing crystal beach charitable foundation (acb) offers the 'active seniors healthy communities' program to keep local seniors engaged and active thereby improving their physical and mental health. With funding from the new horizons for seniors program (nhsp) we aim to expand our programming to include self-defence training weight training for seniors a social bike club and a weekly support group coveirng various facilitator-led topics that address age-specific vulnerabilities such as internet fraud elder abuse and stress management. These additional programs will complement our existing offerings including zumba ballet barre yoga and tea socials which have already been accessed by 326 inviduals with a total attendance of 1 916 during the current fiscal year
