LEAD (Leadership Engagement Action & Development) for Change 2: promotes racial equity & inclusion in public systems & policies & address systemic inequitiesin public institutions government & service eco-systems to enhance full economic social and civic participationof racialized people. Collaboration and Commitment towards Racial Equity (CORE): The project aims to support strengthen and sustain communities to build the necessary civic infrastructure to confront and dismantle racism in Calgary. Youth PLACE 2: ActionDignity seeks to combine the BLACK program with its Youth P.L.A.C.E 2 (Platform for Learning Action and Civic Engagement) to deliver leadership skills development activities to Black and Racialized youth. BLACK (Becoming Leaders Acquiring Critical Knowledge) Youth Project: A collaborative project for Black youth in Calgary the BLACK Project infuses arts in its work & focuses on personal growth & development beyond school. BRAVE Workers 2 (BW2) project aims at empowering racialized essential workers on their rights and improving workplace safety through community engagement and transformative systems change and policy advocacy. PROJECT WEAVE: Addressing systemic barriers to mental health and well-being among racialized community members in Calgary. Women's Program: ActionDignity will build capacity of several grassroots community organizations to advance gender equality. Building Connected Communities: the ABCD approach focuses on community strengths to better equip Calgarians to create local opportunities and to meet their shared objective in their communities. Cultural Heritage Initiatives Program: This program is preserving and sharing the cultural heritage of Indigenous and ethnocultural communities across Alberta.
