Action against hunger is a global humanitarian organization that takes decisive action against the causes and effects of hunger. We save the lives of malnourished children. We ensure everyone can access clean water food training and health care. We enable entire communities to be free from hunger. Our ongoing services are: nutrition: providing therapeutic feeding centers to fight against acute malnutrition health: administering medication as well as vaccination and health training in order to combat against diseases. Water sanitation & hygiene: providing access to safe water to displaced and under served communities globally. Food security: assisting communities to remove the barriers affecting the production of crops and livestock in order to help families regain self sufficiency advocacy: engaging in humanitarian advocacy at all levels (program policy and public opinion) with a view to averting continued strife leading to hunger and malnutrition during 2024 action against hunger also addressed humanitarian emergencies in the following countries: mali ivory coast iraq venezuela palestine lebanon and sudan
