(a) to relieve financial and personal harship by providing basic relief and financial support including but not limited to food clean water medical supplies clothing and financial aid to employees of airport members and world business partners/associate members of the airport operators council international inc. (aoci) airports council international-north america (aci-na) and the family members of such employees when such employees and their families are facing serious hardship as a result of natural disasters or other events causing widespread suffering in a particular area. (b) to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (canada)
