The purpose of the foundation is to promote healthcare equality in canada by without limitation: a) funding projects and initiatives that result in healthcare equality for marginalized canadians; and b) receiving and maintaining a fund or fudns and applying all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to charitable organizations that are registered charities under the income tax act (canada).
