Ability Resource Association

Ability Resource Association provides supports to people with developmental disabilities to facilitate individual growth access opportunities and promote inclusion in the community. The association also provides employment training and supports to people with developmental disabilities and other barriers to employment and assists them in finding meaningful employment. The program includes readiness workshops job-specific skill development work experience and/or volunteer placements leading to employment. matching to jobs available in the community and on-the-job support. A third program is titled L.I.F.E. (Learning Independence Freedom & Employment) offered to provide a flexible fun individualized and interactive way to support individuals to gain the confidence skill & knowledge to become more independent in their lives and to gain employment eventually.
