Abilities in Motion

The 2024 programs were prepared in the usual way. Participation in our programs increased from the previous year. We were very happy to offer our program free of charge to our participants. AIM provides volunteers instructors and paddle equipment to meet the needs of a variety of individuals with disabilities. Setting paddling sessions dates contacting client organizations training volunteers updating policies and generally trying to evaluate our program and determining how we can improve our services. We held our 3rd Regatta at our Alliston location. This community event was free for the participants and was very successful. This is an annual event. Fundraising is required for our organization to allow us to meet our community needs. We acknowledge the continued efforts of our many volunteers that help AIM to be a continued success each year. More emphasis was focused on social media and our website. We continued to reach out to community partners in our Alliston location. We reviewed our recruitment process for instructors volunteers and potential new clients. Preliminary work and review of our Strat plan was initiated.
