Employment services - supports individuals in building skills to ensure job readiness to participate in the labour market. Sports & recreation - promotes development of physical literacy and provides opportunities for individuals of all abilities to be active. Academy for student athlete development - delivers high performance student programs for able-bodied paralympic olympic and special olympic pathways. Mixed ability sports - involves educating coaches to engage everyone including individuals with disabilities into mainstream sports. You.me.we is a virtual program that supports participation in physical activity for children and youth in children's hospitals treatment centres and schools. Therapeutic recreation - uses community and activity based based programming to improve physical and mental health as well as functional capacity for individuals with disabilities. Post rehabilitation and health maintenance - supports individuals transitioning from rehabilitation treatment (stroke ms abi heart attack angina copd etc.) into community exercise programs. Accessibility consulting (lead) - helps organizations embed accessibility and inclusion strategies in meeting the needs of people with disabilities.
