11) to promote health funidng new innovative research carried on by qualified donees in cures prevention and treatment of cancer and disseminating the results of the research to the public. 2) to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of other registered charities by providing project management scientific oversight peer review project support and grant aministration services to registered charities involved in conducting new innovative research in cures prevention and the treatment of cancer. 3) to advance education by developing and operating programs conferences seminars and workshops designed to train students and scientists and advances their understanding of cancer etiology prevention diagnosis and treatment. 4) to receive and maintain a fund and funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom to charitable organizations.
