The perpetual trust created under the terms of the will of anthony caldwell watson see clause 3(c) 'the remaining seventy (70) shares of the residue are to be held in trust and the interest therefrom used to provide bursaries for younger students(starting at grade five (5) to grade twelve (12)) to assist them in continuing their education either locally in port alberni british columbia or elsewhere'.
