To relieve poverty by providing gift baskets with basic necessities of life including food and clothing to individuals or families who are poor of low income or in need. To advance education by providing books equipment and educational aids to students who are poor of low income or in need. To receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income there from from time to time to charitable organizations that are also registered charities under the Income Tax Act (Canada). To undertake activities ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purpose.
