Youth program under the direction of department of national defence (dnd) supported by civilian volunteers including directors (3-7) who volunteer approximately 3000 hours annually. This program empowers youth leadership skills citizenship and promotes community service including weekly parades/classes related to cadets curriculum and aeronautics ancillary programs drill effective speaking first aid marksmanship group school weekend and summer camps ftc training marching band events outings and fund raising. Cadets are coached and trained to participate weekly at the venue to continue their participation in events like effective speaking physical fitness community service teamwork etc...
