To promote the efficiency of the candian forces for the benefit of the public by supporting air cadet training to youth in order to improve their knowlegdge of aviation though the provision of educational programs and reasources and help them become better citizens by providing them with educational programs and resources such as leadership and communication skills flying training music training technical training awards and scholarships and volunteer opportnities in the community to exercise all powers as are necessarily to the fulfillment of the purposes of the air cadet league of canada
