The purpose of the foundation is to receive and maintain a fund or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom from time to time to qualified donees as defined in subsection 149.1(1) of the income tax act (canada) as the same may be revised amended or replaced from time to time. The foundation is committed to enhancing the communities where it operates by providing grants to local nonprofit agencies seeking to improve the health education and welfare of friends neighbors and community at large.
