360kids Support Services

Ongoing programs: * -residential housing programs - serving youth aged 15-19 who are experiencing a housing crisis and are in need of shelter and care. * -youth drop-in center - serving youth ages 13-26 and providing a safe accessible environment with a focus on life skills literacy pre-employment counseling hot meals clothing and transportation. * -aftercare/transitional support - promotes independence for youth leaving child welfare; helps youth develop a system of supports education employment assistance housing relationships life skills identity youth engagement and emotional healing. * -base 4 success/ every matter bites/step employment program - providing youth ages 16-29 with pre-employment and on-the-job training * -youth outreach programs - street outreach to bring services to youth where they are at in community * -anti human trafficking program - provides support including housing to young women who are survivors of human trafficking. * -gang prevention and intervention - supports youth 12-29 who are involved with justice system or may be at risk of becoming involved in gang activity * -connections emergency housing - emergency housing program for youth including wraparound supports * -igrad- program to enable youth to achieve their high school diploma * -nightstop - shelter diversion program to support youth in community housing * -counselling- individual and family counselling to address trauma and other personal needs in order to improve their new programs: * family and natural suport - to strengthen relationships between youth and their families and natural supports to prevent homelessness * -black youth housing - culturally specific wraparound supports to improve housing stability amongst black youth. * -mobile drop in program- to engage and bring resources to youth 12-26 in different locations across the region
