Core programs provide up to ten free counselling sessions on a one-on-one basis for single parents. Also offered is a suite of life skills courses and workshops parenting skills development courses and parenting support groups. A Peer Helper volunteer program readies volunteers to provide reception individual support and resources. Some of the other free services includes a clothing room for men women and children. Also food furniture and household items are offered free of charge. Child Care Resource and Referral program is a quality enhancement program that offers training support and resources to home-based child care centres.
