Mission: Zee Cheng Khor Moral Uplifting Society (ZCK), established in 2002, promotes world harmony through moral education, interfaith dialogue, and cultural understanding. As the Melbourne chapter of De Jiao (Teaching of Virtues), we are guided by De Jiao Xin Dian, the Ten Virtues and Eight Precepts and live by our motto: Rejoice in the success of others, for it prevents resentment and promotes societal harmony. Our Work and Programs: 1. Interfaith and Interracial Understanding: o Divine Writing Services: Offering spiritual guidance and channelled teachings from Divine Masters. o Interfaith Dialogue: Encouraging cooperation and respect among diverse faiths, including Confucianism, Buddhism, Daoism, Christianity, and Islam. 2. Cultural Preservation and Engagement: o Serving as a Chinese Cultural Centre by organizing inclusive events like Lanterns for All @ ZCK and Chinese New Year @ ZCK, preserving and celebrating Chinese traditions. 3. Community Connection and Support: o Acting as a Community Hub with programs like Karaoke, Tai Chi, and Seniors' activities to promote mental wellbeing, physical health, and social engagement. 4. Environmental Sustainability: o Leading initiatives like EcoEnzyme @ ZCK, inspiring environmental responsibility and sustainability in the community. Community Impact: Promoting Harmony: Advancing moral education and interfaith understanding to foster societal cohesion.
