We provide crisis accommodation and support to homeless and at risk of homelessness young people who are single, couples, same sex, pregnant, family related, single parents and dual parenting families. More info: www.yhp.org.au/whatwe do. We also provide longer term Community housing and support to young people who are exiting the crisis accommodation program ensuring stability in their lives.
