We delivered socially just services that alleviate disadvantage, promote independence and inclusion and strengthen social justice. We provided: A suite of NFP Home Care services to aged persons or people with a disability A suite of NFP Disability Support services including inhome support A suite of NFP services for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness Assistance to young people who have finished school, to develop the skills they need to work towards their goals, increase their independence and participate as an active member of the community We also promoted and participated in many community events designed to raise awareness and greater understanding of the disadvantaged and needy.
