We deliver comprehensive health and wellbeing programs, along with education and training initiatives, supportive social groups, and inclusive community spaces designed to engage and assist individuals who are isolated or marginalized. Additionally, we support community meal services by supplying meals to partner organizations that aid those experiencing hardship. Our programs are accessed by a diverse range of participants, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, the unemployed, young adults, and members of culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities.
