In 2024 a new Management Committee was established and developed a Strategic Plan to strengthen operations, community engagement, and the preservation of local history. The year saw upgraded museum displays and facilities, school and visiting group tours, monthly community meal nights, and a successful book fair. Each initiative reflected our commitment to keeping Yarraman s history alive and ensuring our community continues to thrive.
