General charitable purposes for the benefit of Aboriginal People including but not limited to relieving poverty, sickness, destitution, distress, suffering, misfortune, and helplessness of need members of the Aboriginal community (including the Yandruwandha Yawarrawarrka People in any manner whatsoever, but not limited to: a) Improving their housing, living conditions and general standards of living by the provision of land, housing and community facilities and infrastructure, resource centres, housing cooperatives and medical centres, and providing family support and youth services, health and welfare services and other related services for their use and benefit; b) improving their vocational skills and employment prospects by the provision of education, training and employment opportunities; c) arresting their social disintegration by strengthening and fostering the development of Aboriginal identity and culture and ensuring that all programs and actions are in accordance with their cultural values, customs and practices d) improving their exigencies of life by the provision of items such as electrical goods, household goods, or vehicles for their use and benefit; and e) ensuring that their burial occurs in a dignified manner which reflects their Aboriginal identity customs traditions and culture; and 4.2 All such other
