Y Careers Ltd will operate a Group Training Organisation and directly employee trainees and provide them with mentoring, coaching and support services, whilst the trainee also completes a nationally recognised qualification, whilst working at different host employer organisations. Developing and delivering group training in skills including OSHC, childcare, youth services, disability, health and wellbeing and community services.
