Xceptional Academy LTD

Activities include: (a) identify, engage and support businesses to create employment for neurodivergent individuals; (b) connect neurodivergent individuals with employment opportunities through the provision of recruitment and placement services, and support neurodivergent individuals through the recruitment process in order to alleviate disadvantage; (c) offer education and training to neurodivergent individuals, including in conjunction with third party training and education partners, in order to increase practical life skills and generate pathways to employment; (d) provide consulting and training services to employers in order to support the development of neurodiversityfriendly business environments and equip staff with the knowledge and tools to source, recruit and work with neurodivergent individuals; (e) engage in advocacy to promote the unique skillset of neurodivergent individuals and benefit of neurodiverse workplaces, including improved business performance, enhanced productivity and innovation;
