Our purpose is to alleviate disadvantage within our community by empowering people to achieve sustainable, longterm employment through a supportive, peoplecentred approach. We deliver a range of impactful programs, including Workforce Australia Services, Transition to Work, and Parent Pathways, each tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and families. Our services are designed to provide specific support to longterm unemployed individuals, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, matureage workers, and young people, ensuring no one is left behind. At the heart of our work is our commitment to innovation and social impact. Through Troublesmiths, our dynamic social enterprise, we engage atrisk and unemployed youth in a bespoke coaching and development program. This initiative enables participants to discover their potential, build essential skills, and take meaningful steps toward a brighter future.
