We provided a community hub that provides a safe and supporting environment for community members to increase their social participation, networks, and since of connection. We provided various inclusive programs for Children s aged 0 12years and their families that offer fun experiences that assist with developing confidence, language and being active. We address family s hardship through material aide assistance including food relief, clothing pools and other resources. Develop partnerships with key organisations for referral pathway and ongoing assistance.
