Women 4 STEM Incorporated

Our vision is to actively promote and support women throughout their STEM careers . Our mission is to provide a range of practical and sustainable initiatives that will promote urban and regional women s entry, retention, and progression in technology. In FY24, we achieved this through the delivery of five programs, highlighting lifelong growth options from primary school to executive level. The programs are available to all and are organised and delivered by our Board and volunteers and funded by members and sponsors. There are many other initiatives within the industry that also focus on gender diversity, however, what makes Women 4 STEM unique is that our approach spans across the lifestages of one's career and is holistic. Each of our five programs provides services to women of all ages from schoolage children, women at university, to those already working within the industry, through to industry leaders. Our programs ensure we are creating a sense of community and support whilst impacting change and affecting diversity at all opportunities throughout a woman s education and career.
