WISE Employment Ltd (WISE), and WISE subsidiary, Caraniche Pty Ltd psychological support services, its social enterprises Clean Force Property Services (Clean Force), Equity Labour Services (ELS) and PepperGreen Farm and PepperGreen Farm Catering (PepperGreen), and WISE's training division, Interskills, operate as a notfor profit organisation providing job placement services, labour services, and training to people with disability and other disadvantages in Australia. WISE's principal activities focus on alleviating poverty, hardship, and distress of the most disadvantaged and empowering the individual and the community. WISE Employment offices and outreach locations service people with disabilities and other customers in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia, Tasmania, and the Northern Territory. The nature of the principal activities remained the same during the year.
