Wide Angle Tasmania

Wide Angle Tasmania's vision is to promote a community that celebrates, values and supports Tasmanian films and filmmakers and it's purpose is to reflect and shape Tasmanian culture through film. We champion Tasmanian filmmakers. In the past year, Wide Angle Tasmania has been engaged in planning of its new operational model and a website development project which would enable Tasmanian screen producers to raise tax deductible funds for their projects. Whilst the site is not currently live, the work has been foundational to establishing a strong mechanism for meaningful financial support to those engaged in the Tasmanian screen sector.
