We are a communityled network dedicated to reducing suicide rates and minimising its devastating impact on individuals, families, and communities across our regions. Our approach is rooted in the belief that strong, connected communities are essential to preventing suicide and supporting those affected by it. Our mission is to empower local groups, organisations, and individuals with the resources, education, and training they need to recognise the signs of suicide risk, provide support, and foster meaningful conversations around mental health. We aim to create a culture of openness, understanding, and collaboration that will help reduce stigma, increase awareness, and ultimately save lives.
