Western Sydney Philharmonic (WestPhil) advanced its charitable purpose in 2023 24 by providing orchestral training, mentorship and public performance opportunities for young musicians in Western Sydney, while promoting access to highquality music education and cultural participation. Through largescale concerts, communityengaged projects and collaborations with organisations including Western Sydney University, STARTTS and the City of Parramatta, WestPhil combined artistic excellence with social inclusion, supporting emerging artists, refugee and multicultural communities, and broader public engagement with the arts.
