Wellness in Infrastructure LTD

Wellness in Infrastructure worked to advance the wellbeing of workers in the infrastructure construction industry by deepening industry insights and strengthening sectorwide collaboration. In 2024, we hosted an industry workshop with over 100 participants to analyse survey data and shape our future wellbeing initiatives. We also contributed expert feedback to the Construction Industry Culture Taskforce s Wellbeing Action Plan, commenced development of a Psychosocial Audit Tool with industry backing, and expanded our organisational capacity to enhance our longterm impact.
