Wallace Avenue Community Park

The Wallace Avenue Community Park continues to grow in popularity and connection with locals and tourists. Educational tours continue to operate through the Bunurong Environment Centre in conjunction with the Dinosaur Dreaming Program. South Gippsland Conservation Society in conjunction with Inverloch Community House has conducted a tree planting activity where around100 native trees, shrubs and grasses were planted at the park by Inverloch Primary School students as part of National Tree Planting Day 2024. Further plantings will be conducted in July 2025. Bike racks have been installed. Our charity has been raising funds through the Victorian Container Deposit scheme, and we are currently negotiating with Bass Coast Shire Council in regards to installing a drinking fountain.
