Walkervale Church LTD

Walkervale Church has provided regular worship services, and Bible study groups for spiritual growth and fellowship within our local community. The church also provides a regular weekly meal in the park, fostering a culture of generosity and participation in community. Promoting the teachings of Jesus Christ and the Christian faith as understood in the Holy Bible, these regular programs have encouraged members to live out their faith through acts of love, compassion, and social justice. Walkervale church has offered regular pastoral care, and provision of food and other essentials to individuals and families, providing support and help to those in need, and assisting with connections to appropriate services. Walkervale Church has established and maintained cooperative relationships with other Christian churches and organisations in Bundaberg and across Australia. The church is devoted to regular involvement and contribution with groups such as Bundaberg Ministers Association, Bundaberg Religious Instruction Cooperative, SU Chaplaincy, and community events like Bethlehem Live Bundaberg. Walkervale Church also partners with other local community organisations such as Bundaberg and District Neighbourhood Centre, Burnett Youth LearningCentre, Walkervale State School P&C (partnering to run a playgroup), and local council. In this way, Walkervale Church continues to engage in activities and initiatives that benefit the local community.
