Ran a successful communitybased annual campaign 'Spring into Parks' featuring a calendar of events in national parks across the state, to encourage families and youth to engage with the natural environment. Highlights also included the very popular Memorable Moments in Nature photo competition and the conservation focused Design an Ad competition for primary and high school students. Continued to expand the Smartreka digital map series, enabling visitors to navigate within our national parks using smart devices without having network access; Ran the Nature Connection Education program involving primary schools in the Perth and Peel regions. This immersive program, designed and delivered by nature educators, engages primary school students and their teachers in outdoor learning experiences within their local communities to learn about the environment. Partnered with WA University Consultants and MBA students from The University of Western Australia Business School on two key initiatives. Developed a business case for an interactive appbased educational quest to encourage the community to conserve nature, and to continue to learn about our unique biodiversity.
