Our charity's vision and mission as articulated in our Constitution and Strategic Plan is to lift academic standards of the students of the remote Lau province of Fiji (one of thirteen provinces) by providing badly needed classroom furniture, equipment, classroom resources as well as assist with sourcing funds for school building upgrades and services and amenities such as water, electricity and sanitation, including to staff quarters. We have achieved significant progress towards this in the last financial year in completing the following charitable activities: sent 20 tonnes of school desks, chairs, books, uniforms and school resources in a 40' container from Rotary Brisbane Provided each of our 3,000 students and 300 teachers with solar study desk lamps now enabling night study Sourced funds for and completed a USD$40,000 solar project of one of five high schools in the province
